• Born in Chanhassen, MN. Raised in Metro Detroit, MI. You could say I’m used to the cold.

• I’m currently a senior at Michigan State University pursuing a degree in creative advertising and public relations.

• My parents call me Ria and my friends call me Murph. Some people even call me RiRi (not to be confused with the one and only, Rihanna).

• My favorite color is blue (surprising, I know!)

• When I was younger, my mom would host her book club at our house every month. There wasn’t much reading going on, just a lot of women drinking wine and eating cheese. This resulted in me getting my hands on some fantastic books! I’ve been reading much more than I should have been ever since.

• I love music! I started playing guitar at age 13. My parents were already taking my brother to lessons and my dad thought if we both played we could start a band. The band never worked out, but at least I have a fun hobby!

• Finally, and most importantly, I am obsessed with disco balls.
